TTG Stage CE Update: New Before/After features.
April 16, 2011 — The Turning Gate has released an update to TTG Stage CE, a plugin for Adobe Lightroom’s Web module which allows the creation of web pages for presenting web video and Flash image galleries with support for mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad, and Android devices.
This latest update — version 3.2.0 — includes the ability to show images in both a retouched and unretouched state, with a smooth fade transition between the two images states. A demonstration of this new functionality is available here.
With this new functionality, photographers can finally build image galleries straight out of Lightroom to show off their mad retouch skillz!
As with previous versions of the engine, the full list of embed-supported Flash galleries includes Autoviewer, DIMIN Slideshow, Flashnifties, Lightroom Flash Gallery, Monoslideshow, Polaroid Gallery, Postcardviewer, Simpleviewer v1 and v2, Slideshow Pro and galleries being managed by Slideshow Pro Director.
TTG Stage CE supports video embedding for YouTube and Vimeo hosted videos, as well has embed support for locally hosted videos using JW Player or HTML5 playback methods.
All embedded content remains accessible to mobile devices. Custom content may also be embedded via The Turning Gate’s “PHP Hooks” extensibility architecture.
