TTG HIGHSLIDE GALLERY PRO 2.0.5 RELEASED, WITH PASSWORD PROTECTION
Matthew Campagna at The Turning Gate has released version 2.0.5 of his popular TTG Highslide Gallery Pro web engine for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. This new version features several improvements over the previous release, including the ability to password protect image galleries.
Using the new password protection controls, a Username and Password combination may be designated from within Lightroom’s Web module. Visitors will be prompted to login when attempting to access protected galleries on the web. Password protection has been much requested by users, and should be an excellent tool when posting client galleries, wedding galleries or sensitive images to the web. A PHP-enabled web-server is required to use this new feature.
As users have come to expect, the controls allow full localization of the login page for non-English languages. Optionally, users may also post a gallery title, subtitle and paragraph of information to the login page.
TTG Highslide Gallery Pro is a flexible, feature rich plugin for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom’s Web module. It allows users to create thumbnail-based image galleries, client proofing galleries with email response options, and supports several types of online shopping carts for images, including support for the PayPal and Fotomoto services, as well as a proprietary PHP shopping cart. The gallery is fully compatible with other TTG engines, such as TTG Pages and TTG Auto Index, often used to create complete photographic websites.
TTG Highslide Gallery Pro costs $40 for new users. Existing users with valid subscriptions to the product may download the 2.0.5 update for free using the download links issued at time of purchase. For more information on this and other TTG products, please visit The Turning Gate.
