The Tint slider is there to allow you to correct for any green/magenta colour bias in an image. For example, photographs shot under fluorescent lighting which has a green bias, will require a positive Tint value to correct for the green cast. But you’ll also find when you use the auto white balance on the camera and shoot general scenes, there can often be a quite subtle Tint bias in the white balance setting that’s recorded at the time of capture

Was hoping there would be more info on the tint slider which I never seem to touch. The WB info was good and I never noticed the controls on the status line.
