Hi – I just tried to download the PDF from Peachpit but when I click on the “Access to protected content” on their site I get “This promotion is no longer available”. Is there a link directly to the PDF on Peachpit? Or is there another way for me to get hold of the PDF?
    Many thanks – CIHB
